I welcome 2020 with this beautifully worded post of yours. It sounds like a harrowing experience for one and a convenient experience for the other partner. I have seen my partners abruptly desert me and be gone forever and millions of questions hanging in the air. I do believe the way people exit tells a lot about them but i have always tried to understand why the break up and recognise a pattern if there is one! We can blame or accuse any heartless being for our lifetime but Only introspection can help anyone grow in such situations
